Supporting People

• Provide support to individuals with additional needs through our person-centred approach.


• With dignity and care to maximize their independence, putting them at the centre of everything you do


• Provide social inclusion opportunities through use of local amenities such as leisure attractions, walks, skilled activities, and support with gaining employment and recognised qualifications.


• Support with daily living tasks such as cleaning, shopping, cooking, and encouraging good personal hygiene.


• Ensure the people we support are always safeguarded, by following accurate up to date care plans
  
  Hours: ZERO HOUR CONTRACT (full time and part time contracts also available


• Rate: £13.44 per hour


• Sleep in: £44.33 (Not Contractual), Flexible working hours available
