We are passionate about driving value to our clients and have a desire to make their organisation succeed., As an AWS Cloud Associate, you will play an essential role in supporting our clients' transition to cloud environments. Under mentorship and supervision, you will assist in the execution of tasks, contribute to project delivery, and provide technical support to ensure the successful implementation of cloud solutions. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cloud technologies while working closely with experienced professionals in the field.
Your initial project will see you work on a cutting-edge AWS landing zone engagement, supporting the implementation of landing zone components such as the use of terraform, testing, application, and iterating on approved patterns. You will embark on a fast-track 3 month training programme with the long-term goal of exposure to design principles of well-architectured infrastructure, and the various tooling and components in use - terraform, kubernetes, devops principles etc.
Interview process - 2 stage
- Discovery Interview with our Talent Acquisition Manager
- Final Interview with the Hiring Manager, Assist in assessing client infrastructure and requirements to identify opportunities for cloud adoption and optimisation.
- Execute tasks related to cloud migration, implementation, and optimisation with guidance from senior team members.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Participate in knowledge sharing activities to stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and best practices.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to maintain accurate project documentation.
Hold a British passport or ILR. - To have resided in the UK for at least the last 5 years.

- Demonstrate a basic knowledge of cloud and its value.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Source control (ideally Git)., Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in basic scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Golang).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment., Previous experience or coursework in computer science, information technology, or related fields.
- Exposure to cloud computing through internships, projects, or coursework is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in cloud technologies.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in completing tasks., Certification in relevant cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) at an associate level is desirable, e.g.:
- AWS Certified: Solutions Architect Associate
- Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
