Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join our team, working within the Project Pricing Team based in our Shefford Commercial office.

As an ACO Water Management Sales Negotiator, you will work as part of a highly driven team selling market leading ACO Water Management branded products, responding to client enquiries & identifying opportunities to help achieve the team's individual sales target and support the external sales force.

Do you have experience working in a busy sales environment dealing with both inbound and outbound customer interactions, or are you looking for a new opportunity which allows you to provide a professional sales orientated service, built around excellent product knowledge?,

  • Experience in sales, preferably within the construction industry or a related business to business field is highly desirable but not essential.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trusted customer relationships.

  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.

  • Ability to work within a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in, or adept in learning, MS Office applications and CRM software.
