Full Job Description

The role requires good customer facing skills as you will be talking to people all day. This can be in person or on the phone. You will also need to attend training on the hearing systems (all costs are covered by the business) and how to undertake ear health checks. For the suitable candidates we would like to progress you on to being either a hearing aid fitting expert, including taking rehabilitation clinics for existing wearers, or a wax removal specialist. Someone who enjoys working in a team is essential, and the ability to coach and guide others would be useful but not essential. As you qualify in each of the above roles your salary increases to reflect your growth.,

  • Are you able to communicate with people who need help in persuading to take action?
