Audiology Partner - Biggleswade

Specsavers Biggleswade are looking for an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to become the New Store Partner, Director, and Business Owner. Alongside being a qualified and HCPC registered Audiologist with the drive, passion, and willingness to maintain the customer-focused culture and the high standards of this successful store. As the new Audiology Partner, you'll be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. You'll be able to build a rapport with the existing team, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and possess an ability to build strong relationships within the local community.

Why Biggleswade?

Specsavers Biggleswade may be a new Hub, but has been a lucrative spoke location with Audiology, which has been established for over 10 years. In addition, our second site in Sainsburys Bells Brook will form a spoke to the Biggleswade Hub. You'll work in partnership with our Optics Partners Alpesh Mistry & Kam Chana who are longstanding members of the team and have over 20 & 25 years experience respectively of Specsavers and full of knowledge. Everyone at Biggleswade is treated like a family, full of support and care which includes training and development for those who are ambitious (which the team are!). We have two very experienced and supportive Store managers in both locations in Biggleswade, an already qualified HCA and a fully multi skilled retail team. We are proud to grow our own talent and have supported three staff members through Pathway.

Biggleswade has a total of 6 test rooms, one of which is dedicated to audiology and a second which is sound attenuated. The store will be having a whole rebrand in June 2024, which means the store will be immaculate to start the Audiology Journey. It will boast state of the art equipment as well as a large space allowing for an impressive shop floor as well as multiple offices and beautiful staff room all on one level for ease of access to patients. The store is based in Biggleswade Market Square, Town Centre which has 1hr free parking directly outside the store - the successful Audiology Partner will also have a parking permit.
