Full Job Description
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, delivering high standards of customer service
- Attend service calls and maintenance visits, some out of hours support and abroad trips will be required
- Identify and provide solutions to faults with equipment or to carry out equipment servicing
- Assess whether to repair equipment on site, RMA or Visavvi workshop
- Provide support and advice to customers using email, telephone and remote access
- Provide accurate site surveys for maintenance contracts
- Take initiative, be flexible and be a team player
Customer Care, interpersonal skills, including a good telephone manner - Computer literacy including Word/Excel/File Maker Pro
- A general knowledge of equipment & systems installed by Visavvi
- Good knowledge of collaboration conferencing equipment (Teams, Zoom etc)
- Good problem solving skills
- Detailed knowledge of a wide range of audio, video and IT technologies
- Technical knowledge of industry products (Video, Audio, Software, VC, LED, Networks and AV over IP)
