Attendance Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Attendance Manager to lead our team at Farlingaye. As our Attendance Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining high levels of student attendance, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive academically and socially. Your responsibilities will include monitoring daily attendance records, identifying patterns of absence, and implementing strategies to address attendance issues effectively. Additionally, you will work closely with students, families, and staff to provide support and guidance, facilitating a culture where regular attendance is valued and encouraged. Farlingaye High School is a popular and successful school, located in Woodbridge, a pleasant market town situated on the River Deben in Suffolk and just 7 miles from Ipswich.
