Full Job Description

Lead digitalisation/automation projects aimed at streamlining the business.
- Develop and improve the functionality and scope of existing pricing infrastructure.
- Indicative and Live Pricing of structured transactions.
- Development of new products (Structured Solutions, Risk Recycling, QIS).
- Preparing pitch-books to push products on proprietary indices.
- Generate thematic ideas based on market conditions.
- Assessing clients' needs and creating customized solutions, with the help of sales and onshore structuring teams
- Secondary market pricing (Add On and Unwinds).
- Working with Traders and Quants to develop and improve the functionality and scope of existing pricing/back-testing infrastructure (Python and VBA).
- Reporting analytics for business insight and support.

Extensive experience with Financial Markets and knowledge of derivatives products
- Good overview on regulation and accounting, including upcoming changes which impact the industry
- Sound understanding of different client business models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with very strong analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

We are currently seeking an Associate, Equities Structuring to join the Desk in London.
