Associate Director Building Surveyor

Peace Recruitment is assisting a renowned name within the property world in their search for an Associate Director level Building Surveyor to join their Manchester team.

Due to current workload and client accounts, experience of working within a Commercial Surveying environment is an essential requirement. Experience within Retail and Industrial would be beneficial.

Our client already has a huge existing pipeline of work within the Manchester area for you to springboard from, so there is no immediate requirement for you to be out and about hunting for new business.

Responsibilities:

-       Service existing client accounts within Manchester and surrounding areas

-       Developing relationships and unlocking any extra potential work from existing clients

-       Assist in the management and development of junior staff members

-       Build brand awareness for our client by attending local industry relevant events, often accompanied by existing members of the team

Requirements:

-       Minimum of 3 years MRICS qualified Building Surveyor

-       Currently working at Senior or Associate level

-       Experience of working within the UK consultancy market essential, with any local Manchester experience an added bonus

-       Experience of acquisition surveys, property management and due diligence

-       Experience of Business Development, or at least an appetite to move toward more involvement within Business Development tasks

On offer:

-       Salary up to £65,000 DOE Incl. car allowance
