It's an exciting time to join the Marketing and Communications team here at AXA, with significant investment planned in all UK&I businesses to transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. To define the customer experience, feature roadmap, and manage the execution of digital experience, we're looking for a talented individual to join the team.

As an Associate Digital Product Manager at AXA Health, you sit at the intersection of customer, business and technology, delivering customer experiences across a range of customer facing digital channels and products.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the creation of the digital product vision and strategy for your digital feature, journey or service.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify the priority problems to solve.

  • Ensure your digital features, journeys or services meet customer need, are technically feasible and deliver customer and business benefits.

  • Be accountable for designing, building and publishing digital experience changes across your digital feature, journey or service.

  • Define, own, and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring roadmaps are outcome oriented, aligned to business strategy, visible and accessible to stakeholders.

  • Define and own the digital product measures of success and reporting.

  • Establish clear product goals and performance KPIs ensuring clear alignment to business strategy and commercial outcomes.

    Experience of designing, building, publishing and managing consumer quality digital experiences.

  • Understanding of design, technology and data principles. Including the complexity of customers digital needs and how products will meet those needs.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across business areas to co-create digital features and experiences.

  • Ability to identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use, including measuring and evaluating outcomes.

  • Confident in designing operational processes for successful running and maintenance of products or services throughout their lifecycle.

  • Able to recognise when to move through different stages of the product lifecycle.

  • Experience taking the right actions are taken to investigate, resolve and anticipate problems.

  • Customer focused and represent the customer in all decision making.

  • Understanding of the financial mechanics of running successful digital products.

  • Strategic thinker and an advocate for product management practices.


  • As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

    This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
