It's an exciting time to join the Marketing and Communications team here at AXA, with significant investment planned in all UKandI businesses to transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. To define the customer experience, feature roadmap, and manage the execution of digital experience, we're looking for a talented individual to join the team.
As an Associate Digital Product Manager at AXA Health, you sit at the intersection of customer, business and technology, delivering customer experiences across a range of customer facing digital channels and products.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you'll be doing:

Support the creation of the digital product vision and strategy for your digital feature, journey or service.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify the priority problems to solve.
Ensure your digital features, journeys or services meet customer need, are technically feasible and deliver customer and business benefits.
Be accountable for designing, building and publishing digital experience changes across your digital feature, journey or service.
Define, own, and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring roadmaps are outcome oriented, aligned to business strategy, visible and accessible to stakeholders.
Define and own the digital product measures of success and reporting.
Establish clear product goals and performance KPIs ensuring clear alignment to business strategy and commercial outcomes.
