As an Associate, you will oversee and deliver projects, guiding teams to ensure smooth project progression. You'll work on diverse projects, maintaining high professional standards, and play a key role in business development by collaborating with Directors to generate new opportunities, developing fee proposals, and building client relationships. You'll also contribute to the practice's management and development, focusing on strategic professional matters such as CDM and BIM.,

  • Lead project delivery, offering professional oversight and guidance.

  • Work on projects at all stages

  • Support other teams as needed.

  • Collaborate with Directors on new business opportunities, fee proposals, and client relationship management.

    This mixed-use architectural practice is known for its creative, practical, and straightforward approach, emphasizing good design in everyday spaces and supporting a friendly, balanced work environment. They are seeking a motivated and experienced project/team leader with excellent management, design, and technical skills to join the team., Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in UK project delivery across various sectors.

  • ARB Registration and contract management knowledge.

  • Proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; leadership in REVIT and BIM coordination preferred.

  • Interest in the business side of architecture, with flexibility and initiative.
