Full Job Description

You will be responsible for the organisation and booking of meetings for the Leadership Team and across the team as requested, including travel arrangements. Providing effective administration, collating and producing information with a high attention to detail which may be required for reports, meetings and Court appearances or other purposes, in good time ahead of the deadline. You'll support the Leadership Team to deal with complaints and service failures from across the business by providing information in an efficient way, producing timelines of events and gathering information from a variety of sources.

Also drafting correspondence and act as first line telephone and email support to facilitate excellent communication internally and outside of the business. You will work off your own initiative, going above and beyond to provide and embed solutions to issues that are raised to you or that you identify in the course of your work. You'll support the Leadership Team to embed our Group values across the team and help to run regular whole team meetings, producing PowerPoints and organising activities.

Raising Purchase Orders and keeping track of invoices and spend with our external suppliers, raising any concerns at the earliest opportunity. You'll provide office-based administrative support and help plan and run events in the office and externally. Also attending meetings to write minutes, including external meetings and you may attend training sessions to take notes and feedback relevant information to the team. You'll regularly review and streamline administrative processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing innovative solutions to boost efficiency in line with our continuous improvement methodology., Ø Opportunities for development (including apprenticeships, our Academy, and various training options).

Applications are welcomed for the role of PA to Legal Director from those with previous experience that demonstrates a keen attention to detail and problem solving ability. Demonstrable experience of teamworking is desirable. With the ability to work independently, using initiative, in a fast moving, high performing environment. You must be a highly organised individual with excellent prioritisation and communication skills. Able to think ahead to establish an efficient/appropriate course of action and work with tact, diplomacy and discretion at all times.

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent. You will need advanced experience of Microsoft packages.

This role is working from our King Street office, in Norwich. The role comes with Agile Working and Flexible Working will be considered., In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £23,088.00 to £24,500.00 per annum and a benefits package that includes:
