Assistant Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Team Leader to join our team to oversee our team of ten window cleaning operatives around the London area. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team, a clean UK driving license, good communication skills and previous experience in reach and wash and squeegee and applicator window cleaning., Assisting in overseeing daily operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations
- Contribute and ensure team are maintaining high standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and handling client enquiries or concerns
- Assisting our contracts manager where necessary

Previous experience in a window cleaning
- Proficiency in team management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of London beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong computer skills, knowledge of connect teams
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including Saturdays

This job is paying £48,000 a year on a three month self employed probation.

Moving onto a £52,000 a year after successful probation.
