Assistant Pub Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our existing management team to help oversee operations of the restaurant, bar and bedrooms, this is a hands on role where no two days are the same.,

• Overseeing breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts (not all on the same day!!)


• Leading and motivating the team.


• Ongoing training of the team.


• Driving sales and exceeding customer expectations


• Maintaining standards throughout the business
  
  Previous experience in management/ supervisory position in a hospitality role essential, Excellent communication and people skills


• A can-do attitude


• Passion for the industry


• Ability to make decisions under pressure


• Passionate about food and drink
