The successful Assistant Project Manager will be working across the west midlands in multiple sectors such as commercial, residential, industrial, education, student accommodation, hotels, retail, healthcare, and infrastructure.

Role

As Assistant Project Manager, you will be working alongside Senior/ Project Managers and Associate Directors to deliver diverse projects from inception to completion.

You will predominately work on sites across the West Midlands across a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, industrial, education, student accommodation, hotels, retail, healthcare, and infrastructure.

  • Relevant academic qualifications (construction degree or equivalent)

  • Ideally experience within a consultancy

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong leadership, motivational and mediation skills

  • A goal-oriented mindset and good organisational skills

  • Great attention to detail and ability to multi-task Excellent knowledge of Project management principles, practices, and industry standards.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise tasks effectively.
