Assistant Manager

Our beautiful venue has an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with a flair for management to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager.

In this role you will assist the Deputy Manager in leading and managing the Food & Beverage, Cinema and Leisure Departments by handling all aspects of our busy venue, leading the Front of House team to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests.

• A proven track of record in a managerial position in bars, restaurants or leisure venues is essential for this role,


• Strong financial acumen and aptitude to analyze P & L reports and implement cost control measures,


• Able to work in fast-paced environment whilst fostering positive and welcoming atmosphere within team and guests,


• Hands-on attitude, strong communication skills and impeccable customer service skills,


• Knows, how to handle big numbers without breaking a sweat,


• Passion for and knowledge of all things Food & Beverage,


• System literate,


• Strong multitasker with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
