Assistant Manager

Experience in managing a small but successful team is essential. We want our managers to bring their personality to the job in hand and enjoy where they work. You will have the freedom to run shifts as you see as well as organising sales driving events throughout the year including our legendary Oktoberfest celebrations, Rum & Ska Festival and big sporting events.

The role has potential to be live-in as well if needed.

The role will involve:

• Interacting with guests, providing a quality and memorable experience


• Anticipating and understanding guest needs


• Learning something new every day, no two days are the same


• Supporting other members of the team


• Continuously innovate from an F&B perspective.


• Housekeeping duties as and when required


• Working evenings and weekends.


• Own transport preferred.
