Full Job Description
- To work in unison with the general manager to implement all Ok Diners policies and procedures and ensure the business is functioning within company guidelines.
- Identify and address any business related or staff performance issues.
- To constantly and consistently deliver high levels of customer service.
- Maintaining high standards and ensuring every member of the team act as ambassadors for the business, creating an outstanding impression and genuine positive experience for every visitor.
- To be actively involved in developing a highly motivated team
- To be responsible for completing all duties and responsibilities of the General Manager in His /Her absence.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role - Full training will be provided.
