Assistant Lettings Manager

We are a small, independent Sales and Lettings Agency who are looking to recruit an Assistant Lettings Manager to join our team based at our office in Ash Vale., Driving new lettings business to increase the portfolio
- Communicate with landlords and tenants to facilitate smooth letting processes
- Manage property viewings and negotiate rental agreements
- Conduct reference checks on potential tenants
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed
- Ensure compliance with relevant housing regulations and tenancy laws
- Handle rent collection and arrears management
- Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, driven and personable Assistant Lettings Manager with experience in the Surrey market to build and grow the business within our already successful firm.

This is a senior role so previous experience in Residential Lettings and running and managing a small team; of dealing with landlords, accounts, staff motivation and marketing are essential.

The perfect candidate will also be a member of ARLA, but not essential.

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
- Strong administrative abilities to manage paperwork, contracts, and tenancy agreements efficiently
- Organisational skills to handle multiple properties simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
- Multilingual capabilities would be advantageous to communicate with a diverse range of clients
