The successful candidate will have experience working at financial management level within the social housing sector. You will also have experience of Contract Procurement and a proven track record of managing and reporting on Capital and Revenue Budgets and will ideally be able to demonstrate a level of professional knowledge of Property Repair and Maintenance.

The candidate must be capable of effective communications with people at all levels of the organisation and externally, and you must be an inclusive team player who can foster partnerships, work collaboratively and achieve performance and results with others. You must also have the ability to recognise and deal with complex issues and make robust decisions in demanding situations.

The successful candidate must be educated to a minimum of AAT or equivalent and be a member of a Finance/Accounting related professional body such as AAT or equivalent.

In addition the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development.
