Assistant General Manager - Bembridge

You will be a key member of the management team, assisting the General Manager in leading the delivery of operations across the centre by mentoring, leading, and inspiring your staff team to success.

As the Assistant General Manager, you will create and deliver a guest experience focusing on the delivery of Centre KPI's, ensuring all operations are within budget and return positive outcomes.

You will uphold and develop the centres culture and fully support the overall company purpose and values.
