Assistant General Manager

Love and Rockets is a vibrant, busy bar that boosts 3 rooms and one of the best beer gardens on Lark Lane. We offer a wide range of Draught as well as signature and classic cocktails. We're open 7 days a week, 12pm to 12:30am. Food is offered between 12pm and 9pm everyday.

Previous experience in a duty manager role or AGM role required.

You will be responsible for:

• Contributing to staff recruitment and staff training.


• Upholding the standards and service criteria through regular tests, specials, training, and incentives.


• Cellar and draught maintenance.


• Cashing up, and closing down the venue.


• Contributing ideas to push the standards in your venue with regards to product offering, menus, and events.


• Assisting your management team with staff rotas, adhering to budgets and forecasts.


• Consumables orders, monitoring spending levels, ensuring the venue is consistently well maintained in both the front and back of house.


• Shift running.
