Assistant General Manager

Your core responsibilities will be to assist the General Manager to:

• Ensure that the business is fully compliant with all legislation and that it operates within the terms of planning, licensing and other regulatory consents



• Identify additional revenue streams and cost savings to enhance profitability



• Implement capital projects within agreed budgets and timescales



• Ensure that customers' experience exceeds expectations in all respects



• Protect the fabric of the building and other capital assets by adopting the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene and ensuring items are regularly serviced and maintained where applicable



• Develop employees to their maximum potential and maintain a fully competent, efficient and motivated team



• Follow procedures, controls and due diligence requirements set out by The Group


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


• Supervising experience: 2 years (preferred)


• Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)


• Bar management: 1 year (preferred)


• Hospitality: 2 years (required)


Licence/Certification:

• Personal Licence (preferred)
