Full Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and determined Assistant General Manager to help lead the team at Revolucion de Cuba Cardiff. As Assistant General Manager you'll support your General Manager, and work with the management, kitchen, sales, and FOH teams to ensure that you and your team are enjoying the experience just as much as your guests are. Being a great communicator and relationship builder is essential in this role, as well as motivating and inspiring your teams! If you've got experience managing venues in a busy hospitality environment and value a fun place to work, then this could be the perfect role for you!

What will you get up to?

  • Supporting your GM in leading the team with ambition and integrity to drive sales and deliver our purpose

  • Managing Stock Control

  • Payroll Management; incl. labour control

  • Driving team training and encouraging team development
