Full Job Description

The purpose of the Assistant Director of Engagement is to lead on the strategic efforts to enhance student involvement, foster community and promote a vibrant university experience. This role is instrumental in shaping the overall student engagement landscape and ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for all.
Providing strategic support to the CEO in the implementation of the union's strategy, particularly for the Directorate of Engagement, and support the directorate's Management Team to effectively deliver departmental plans to enable the union to fulfil its strategic aims.
