Assistant Development Surveyor

We are looking for an Assistant Development Surveyor to join our busy development team. You will assist in the delivery of new homes, whilst developing your skills and experience in the field of Development Surveying.

This is a diverse role whose main responsibilities include providing expert advice on all aspects of development from identification and purchase of land for development, property purchases, preparing schedules of work, and undertaking the procurement and administration of construction contracts through to the successful completion of projects.
