Assistant Contract Manager

Work closely with our small team to manage and organise live projects on a daily basis.

Ordering materials.

Hire and off hire of plant/equipment.

Arranging training dates for our operatives.

Interacting with our clients and main contractors.

Must be able to work well within a small team.

May need to attend site visits and site meetings - on live projects.

The successful applicant may be asked to carry out duties not listed in the above.

You will need to have a full driving license

We are looking for a young enthusiastic person to work within our small team, on our roofing project works. Previous experience within the construction industry would be preferred.

Right candidate will have very good computer knowledge and be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

K&S Construction (Sussex) Ltd - we are roofing company based in Bolney, who carry both large and small roofing projects - ranging from domestic housing projects to large supermarket works.

Wage £28000-30000 depending on experience.

Must live within 15 miles of our office in Bolney.

Working hours Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm - at our office in Bolney.
