Assistant Business Manager

We are looking to recruit a confident, approachable and welcoming receptionist, who is passionate about providing a first-class front of house service. You will become a proactive member of our reception team by managing the front desk and being the first point of contact for all visitors to our charity. You will also perform a variety of administration tasks, assisting many departments within Westbank.,

• You will provide a professional, welcoming front of house service by managing the front desk and welcoming visitors to our centre;


• You will perform a variety of administrative and support tasks for different departments throughout Westbank;


• You will deal with emergencies in a timely, calm and effective manner, signposting queries and visitors onto the relevant people/departments;


• You will contribute to the development of the Reception service with ideas and innovations
  
  Experience of working in a customer services setting;


• Flexible and willing to support colleagues as needed;


• Ability to establish good working relationships with customers and colleagues;


• Professional manner with the ability to work under own initiative and respond quickly to changing situations;


• Ability to manage oral and written negotiations sensitively;


• Experience of providing a front of house service in a pervious reception role.


• Excellent customer service skills


• Excellent IT skills
