Health Records Service have 134 WTE staff over 6 sites and may be likened to the engine room, essential inhelping the EKHUFT move forward providing patient focused services. The Patient healthcare records arerequired for each contact the patient has with a health professional. They act as a means of communicationbetween professionals and provide a diary of events serving as the organisations "memory, you will beresponsible for one aspect of the department function at a time but as we are committed to ensuring allstaff know each role multiskilling within Teams is essential and to work flexibly within the Service coveringwork of colleagues during peak periods of absenceWe
