Area Sales Manager

A Typical week as an Area Manager will include:

• Ensuring you team are delivering against all KPI's for the multiple campaigns running at any given time.


• Ensuring you have enough resource to deliver each campaign, supporting the recruitment team with local recruitment


• Coaching and developing your team via field accompaniments, providing support and guidance to improve performance


• Building and retaining a trusted bank of temporary workers within your region who you can rely on, giving you access to flexible resource to manage any sickness and holidays


• Building great working relationships across the wider team including Client Service, Operations, HR and any other appropriate support departments


• Looking constantly at how things can be improved to drive efficiencies
  
  Have experience in successfully managing and coaching a team to deliver against targets.


• Have demonstrated ability to use your initiative to shape your team's strategy to continuously improve & innovate to deliver the best results.


• Have a passion for nurturing and developing your team.


• Are unfazed by difficult situations or the need to face into challenging conversations.


• Are open to coaching and training, you might have years of management experience, but to develop you'll need to be open to learning and applying new or different techniques.


• Can build strong, long-lasting relations with your team and wider stakeholders within the business.


• Are a strong communicator and have excellent organisation and planning skills.
  
  CPM have a rare and exciting opportunity to join the team as an Area Sales Manager. You will be working with leading FMCG brands and managing a team of tactical agents on our Flex Team. Salary £31,500 + 10% bonus and company car.
  
  £31,500 per annum+ company car + 10% bonus


• 5 days a week, days to be worked between Monday -Saturday, hours to be worked between 8am and 8pm (some weekend working is expected you will receive days off in lieu when this happens)
