Full Job Description
- General office duties - central finance emails dealing with any enquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Process high volumes of purchases/ invoices.
- Ensure high level of accuracy of input and coding.
- Communicate with supervisors/ customers for invoice enquiries.
- Prepare purchase orders.
- Match invoices to purchase orders.
- Deal with price queries and non-receipted purchase orders.
- Handling of cash transactions.
- Supplier and purchasing enquiries.
You will receive a qualification of AAT Foundation certificate in accounting (Level 2)., Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Presentation skills, Administrative skills, Number skills, Analytical skills, Logical, Team working, Initiative, Non judgemental, Patience, GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade 4 and above or equivalent) Essential
