Apprentice Quantity Surveyor

As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, you'll be enrolled onto a Level 3 apprenticeship in Quantity Surveying, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn.

You'll be working within the Kier Rail team, supporting a wide range of rail infrastructure projects for a diverse customer base. Our projects range from major improvements to complete construction of new stations, with specialist teams, we manage complex works from conception through to delivery.

Your day to day will include:

• Working on procurement, and assisting with budgets needed to finalise agreements


• Assisting the team with value and risk management


• Supporting the commercial team with cost control, analysis and estimates

The role of Apprentice Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:

• You can build and maintain strong relationships


• Can work collaboratively within a team


• Have experience in using various IT packages effectively


Due to the nature of the role and projects, you must hold a full driving licence.
