Apprentice Marketing Consultant

Rise By Digital, a leading website design and digital marketing company that has recently aligned with one of the UK's top growth marketing agencies, is seeking a diligent and ambitious Apprentice Marketing Consultant to join our close-knit team in East Leake, Loughborough. Candidates should possess a foundational knowledge of marketing or website design.

As an integral part of our agency, you will assist senior members in managing client portfolios and campaigns, with a focus on search engine optimisation (SEO) and strategic content development. Your role will require a keen eye for tracking performance and delivering impactful results.

Your responsibilities will include daily administrative tasks and initiating marketing communications to promote our suite of digital services, primarily via phone and email, to enhance business profitability and client success.

You will embark on a 12 - 16 month Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship, enriched with monthly workshops that combine real-world practice with structured learning.,

• Shape and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.


• Craft compelling digital content and strategies to maximise client visibility.


• Generate key documents, reports, and presentations for clients.


• Produce and manage content for digital, print, and social media campaigns.


• Execute and monitor social media strategies and paid ad campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads.


• Optimise client websites for SEO to improve organic search rankings.


• Design targeted email marketing initiatives and collateral as needed.


• Engage potential clients to enhance service outreach and brand recognition.


• Streamline office data management and assist in responsive website creation for clients.


• Meet monthly targets and KPIs to advance within the company.


While mentorship is provided, a quick learning curve and business fluency are expected. The role is based at our rural countryside offices in East Leake, Loughborough; therefore, reliable transportation is necessary.
