Apprentice Fabricator / Welder SISMATICO (UK) LTD

Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Welding and fabricating parts that arrive at the facility in flat pack form from outside laser cutters, all parts cleaned and finished to a high standard, all manufactured parts and designed in-house by our CAD specialists.


• Reading CAD drawings and working within the tolerances to create fabricated parts.


• Cutting, Drilling, Grinding/cleaning and Finishing stainless steels to a high-quality standard.
  
  Plate welder / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education


• You will undertake Functional Skills for English and/or Maths if needed


• You will undertake both on and off-the-job training by a team of industry-qualified professionals to give you the best skills, knowledge, and experience.


What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship


• Fully qualified and trained Fabricator on Sismatico equipment


• To be able to fabricate any type of the equipment themselves, Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Problem solving skills, Number skills, Logical, Team working, Initiative, Patience, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 3 or above) Essential

GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4 or above) Essential, You must be able to travel to and from work and college. Ideally, local to Bawtry. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
