Full Job Description

As an Apprentice Chef, you'll be an integral part of our culinary team. You'll learn and develop essential cooking skills while working alongside experienced chefs. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in the catering industry.,

  • Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation

  • Learn to follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards

  • Help maintain a clean and organised kitchen

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods

  • Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of contract catering

    Passion for cooking and a desire to learn

  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and willing to take direction

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety

  • Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends and evenings)


    • Qualifications:

    No formal qualifications required, but a genuine interest in food and cooking is essential.

    The successful candidate will be enrolled on to our company apprenticeship scheme and will upon completion of this will obtain a Level 2 Production Chef qualification.
