Full Job Description

  • Play a key role in the delivery of professional services within the Academy and to deliver administrative support, particularly in the main office and Human Resources teams

  • Ensure that all interactions are professional and welcoming at all times

  • Answering phone calls and forwarding on, as required

  • Data input

  • Help plan and run interview days in conjunction with the Recruitment Manager

  • Arranging refreshments for meetings and interviews

  • To process Human Resources administration

  • Listen to voicemails and monitor the admin inbox

  • Manage the post (both internal and external)

  • Issue literature as required

  • Maintain staffroom pigeon holes

  • To arrange room bookings, site, ICT and catering requests for interview processes

  • Use of the school's MIS systems

  • Use the full Microsoft package (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, Microsoft Forms)

  • Use of the photocopier, scanning and uploading documents
