Full Job Description
- Inputting sales orders onto Sage 200 accounting system and maintaining warehouse tracking systems
- Posting supplier invoices to Sage 200, and eventually posting supplier payments and customer receipts
- Preparing and maintaining samples, folding and stocking up the drawers, labelling etc
- Sending samples out to prospective customers
- Keeping filing up to date and in order
- Shredding
- Ordering and maintaining office stationery levels
- Franking the post and taking to the post office
- Answering calls and accurately recording and relaying messages
