What role you will play in our team

We are currently seeking talented, Analyser Technicians to work as part of the Maintenance Team at ExxonMobil's Fawley Refinery.

The largest refinery in the UK, Fawley is a combined refining, lubricants and chemicals manufacturing site.

To be considered for a Maintenance position, the ideal candidate will need to be confident, conscientious, and able to work both on their own and as part of a team. We're seeking individuals able to demonstrate commitment to working to exacting standards, always paying rigorous attention to safety.

Prior experience in the Oil, Gas or Petrochemical industries is preferred but not essential.

Analyser Technician candidates should have experience in Preventative Maintenance, Break-down repair and Calibration of online process analysers and associated equipment.

About You

-A good level of computer literacy with an aptitude to learn new systems
-Ability to interpret and work from vendor manuals, drawing and P&IDs
-Excellent fault finding skills
-An ability to write, review and follow detailed procedures
-Work experience on electrical equipment in hazardous areas

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

-Gas Chromatograph's - various manufacturers
-Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS)
-Physical property analysers - Sulphur/Flash/Distillation/RVP/Cloud and Octane measurement (knock engines)
-Furnace/Process Oxygen Analysers
-Fault finding and repair of Sample Handling Systems
