Air Conditioning Manager

TSS Facilities Ltd/AC South is seeking a highly motivated and experienced AC/Fridge Installation & Service Manager to join our growing team on the beautiful South Coast.

About the Role: In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our AC and Fridge installations and service operations. You will lead a team of qualified technicians, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimise AC and Fridge installation and service operations for both residential and commercial clients.



• Manage and over-see scheduled installation and service calls, ensuring efficient project completion and customer satisfaction.



• Oversee a team of technicians, providing technical support, coaching, and ensuring adherence to company procedures, compliance, and safety protocols.



• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified AC and Fridge technicians.



• Oversee service records and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standards.



• Liaise with customers to understand their needs, provide project quotes, and ensure a positive customer experience.



• Manage inventory of parts and equipment to ensure efficient operations.



• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.



• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.



• Put together/review RAMS for any works undertaken.
  
  Minimum 4 years of experience in AC and Fridge installation and service.



• Proven leadership and management skills.



• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.



• Strong organisational and planning skills.



• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



• Knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., HSE)



• A valid driving license.



• AC and/or Fridge technical knowledge a must.
