Full Job Description

  • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings

  • Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or replacements

  • Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on air conditioning units and ventilation systems

  • Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, changing filters, and lubricating parts

  • Test system performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency and functionality

  • Completing site reports & commissioning documents when required and within time frames given by the office management

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

    A minimum of 2 year's experience within the role is essential including knowledge of HVAC systems and components, strong problem solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team and excellent communication skills

  • Valid UK driver's license

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical components, refrigerants, and controls

  • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces

  • FGAS certificate is essential

    KAS is a well-established Air Conditioning company, we offer our clients a full design, supply and installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems providing comfortable working, living or leisure conditions.

    Basic Salary Up to £40,000 DOE for full time (Option for Employed or Self Employed)

  • Company Van (If Employed)

  • Overtime paid at 1.5x

  • Pension (If Employed)

  • 28 days inclusive of bank holidays

  • Company uniform provided
