Full Job Description

As the AI Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in identifying, qualifying, and quoting new business opportunities in AI combined with Data, Low Code and Pro Code.

You will work closely with the sales team, the technical team, and the clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, and to propose the best solutions that leverage our capabilities and expertise in AI, Data, Low code, and Pro code.

You will also provide consultancy and development services to our clients, delivering high-quality and innovative solutions that meet their expectations and requirements.

You will be a key player in driving the growth and innovation of BCN, and in building long-term and trusted relationships with our clients.

You will also identify opportunities to harvest or create new products which can from of BCN's broader portfolio of services.

Develop an emerging tech strategy which that aligns with the company's goals and objectives and supports our own IP. Forging relationships with other partners for cross selling and support integration. With a Microsoft first approach but using other technologies as enablers,

  • Conduct Pre-Sales activities such as presentations, demos, workshops, proof of concepts, proposals, and bids, to showcase our solutions and capabilities in AI through Data, Low code and Pro code platforms.

    Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Development, or related field.

  • Have proven leadership experience in software solutions, with a focus on the Microsoft stack including Azure, Fabric and Power ecosystems.

  • Strong knowledge of data frameworks, data modelling, and data integration techniques

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to the correct level for consumption.

  • Proven experience in understanding, positioning and introducing emerging tech.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills, and the ability to propose innovative and feasible solutions that meet the client's needs, challenges, and goals.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn new skills and technologies.
