Full Job Description
- be able and willing to deputise for the Play Leader and be able to take responsibility in the Play Leader's absence;
- be able to confidently manage critical incidents should they arise;
- be able to communicate effectively with parents on behalf of the After School Club;
- deliver play activities for children from Foundation Stage to Year 6;
- encourage fun and social interaction, and personal responsibility.
NVQ Level 2 in play work or equivalent is desirable, but not essential.
