Full Job Description

To follow best practice to AS9120 distribution in an MRO environment
Be flexible to change - the successful candidate will be joining a newly formed team and will need to ensure they perform.

Key activities:
Revising procedures and implementation to reduced risk of non-conforming issues.
Keep abreast of regulatory developments and implementation of.
Lead and develop best standards in an MRO environment to AS9120
Ensure the effectiveness of best practice to Part 145 is followed.
Building a network with the wider Collins Quality community.
Management of the site audit schedule and effective close out of all internal and external audit findings

Demonstrated experience of working within the Aerospace Industry or comparable regulated industry.
Proven ability to lead and manage cross functional meetings in office and shop floor environments.
Experience of practically applying procedures and policies to demonstrate compliance to regulatory authorities.
In-depth auditing and audit planning

Education/Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree or work experience

  • Quality business management system auditor

  • Proficient in Root Cause Analysis
