Advice Team General Administrator

We currently have a very exciting vacancy for a General Administrator who will assist in the everyday running of the Advice Team by providing administrative support.

This role requires an experienced Administrator with relevant knowledge and skills. To be successful in the role, you will have excellent IT skills, experience in setting up and maintaining manual and electronic filing systems and in working in an office environment.

Furthermore, you will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to problem solve and respond quickly and flexibly.

Coventry Refugee and Migrant Centre (CRMC) is the only organisation in Coventry dedicated to providing impartial and confidential advice, guidance and support to asylum seekers, refugees and migrants living in and around the city. We are a local, medium-sized organisation which has been welcoming refugees and migrants since 2000. Our aim is to help people to rebuild their lives and achieve their full potential in safety and dignity whilst supporting integration and encouraging active citizenship.
