Come join a fantastic team! The Advanced Workflow Specialist, Light Sheet microscopy is responsible for understanding the advanced workflows and needs of our customers across EMEA. In the European role, the Advanced Workflow Specialist, Light Sheet will report directly to the Advanced Workflow Manager and successfully engage and work cross-functionally with the Regional Sales Managers, Account Managers, and Applications Specialists in each region. Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and actively explore potential in the light sheet market space. This role is key to enable the delivery of custom-tailored value propositions throughout all our touch points along the customer journey to increase our win rate, revenues and market share.,

  • Support the Sales team in pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations, tailoring application-oriented system configurations and product knowledge

  • Drive funnel and business growth by implementing our sales strategies in the field in conjunction with our sales team.

  • Continuously provide support to customers by providing trainings on purchased systems and sharing application-oriented know-how.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop collaterals and support concepts for digital and non-digital communications as well as for our sales team

  • Propose and participate in events such as workshops and webinars by sharing your expertise

    You have proficient experience in microscopy applications involving organoid, 3D Cell Culture, volumetric imaging and especially light sheet applications

  • Knowledge of the broader microscopy market and technical knowledge of microscopy and associated biological applications

  • You have a degree in Life Sciences where microscopy was a key component

  • You have a comparable experience in a role of microscopy system sales/applications or a microscopy related position in Academia
