Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Clinical Practitioner

The post holderwill provide expert advice to patients, carers and colleagues and ensure the maintenance of clinical excellence.

The post holder will be responsible for promoting and facilitating a healthy lifestyle and provide preventative health care and health education advice.

We are looking for Advanced Nurse Practitioners / Advanced Clinical Practitioners to join our team at FCMS. FCMS have the award to deliver integrated unscheduled care across the Fylde Coast.

The post holder will act as an autonomous practitioner working independently in clinic seeing adults and children within their professional boundaries to assess, diagnose and treat their presenting problem.

Hours:22.5 hours per week. Fleetwood Urgent Treatment Centre operates from 08.00-20.15, 365 days/year.If more hours are desirable these may be available within FCMS.

Pay:£26.06-£29.03. Plus 30% enhancements on Saturdays and 60% enhancements on Sundays and Bank Holidays
