Full Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join our diverse team. As an AEM Developer, you will play a meaningful role in the development, customisation, and maintenance of our Adobe Experience Manager-based solution. You will help to deliver engaging and personalised digital experiences to our customers. Working closely with multi-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and other developers, to build and optimise our web applications and websites using AEM.

You will be responsible for:

Collaborate with partners, including business analysts and designers, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions using AEM
Develop and customise AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet project specifications
Implement adaptable and accessible web designs to ensure efficient user experiences across various devices and browsers
Integrate third-party systems and services into AEM solutions, such as ecommerce platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
Perform AEM system upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks as required
Fix and debug AEM-related issues and provide timely resolutions
Optimise web applications for performance, security, and scalability
Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM features and standard processes and share knowledge with the team

Experience as an AEM Developer, with a solid portfolio of AEM projects
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, including AEM Sites and AEM Assets
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
Experience with Java/Groovy programming and building custom AEM components
Familiarity with AEM templates, workflows, and sling models
Solid understanding of adaptable web design principles and accessibility standards
Knowledge of web security standard processes and experience implementing security measures in AEM
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners
Adobe certifications in AEM are a plus
