Full Job Description

We are seeking to hire an Admissions Executive to support sales and customer service for our summer schools located on the campuses of the world's leading universities and most prestigious boarding schools. Each year, we welcome students from over 175 countries to our summer schools, catering to juniors, teens, and adults.,

  • Employing various sales approaches, including online, telephone, and video calls

  • Building relationships with a range of clients and stakeholders

  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling

  • Achieving personal and team targets

  • Utilising the company CRM system


  • Admissions

  • Maintaining and cultivating relationships with new and existing customers

  • Providing outbound customer service to create an exceptional customer experience for all clients

  • Processing and managing all aspects of student applications, including maintaining accurate student records, analysing booking data, and keeping financial information current
