Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy Secretarial Team as a Band 3 Team Secretary/Administrator supporting the Community Division's Senior Leadership Team.

It is a busy role and so the successful candidate will need to have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise their workload daily due to competing deadlines. You will need to have the ability to work on your own initiative, be motivated, flexible and committed to being part of a team that is dedicated to providing the highest possible standards to the Senior Leadership Team., The successful applicant will be a strong team player with a high level of organisational and interpersonal skills. They will be well organised and have the ability to work to competing deadlines and priorities. The post holder will be required to work flexibly and have the ability to establish good working relationships., The post holder will have demonstrable admin experience as a Team Secretary including experience of coordinating diaries, using IT systems, and supporting a multi-disciplinary team. Minute taking experience is desirable but not essential.
